Packaging
All parcels ship in plain, unbranded packaging. The outer label does not name the product or the sender’s business type.
Tracking
A tracking reference is provided once the parcel is dispatched.
Returns
Because this is a medicine, opened or used products cannot be returned. If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or the seal is broken, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Wrong item or short delivery? Message us with your order reference and we will resolve it — usually the same day.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once handed to the courier, the return policy above applies.
